- 1 / 5By Tabatha WoodI had been ordered a extra long cheeseburger meal large with onion rings with a coke. As well as a number 1 large, whooper with cheese with a strawberry shake with onion rings and ranch. They gave me zesty sauce so i turned around to get tge ranch. I had asked for cheese on the whooper 3 times. Just to find out there was no cheese. I went to go get my receipt out if the bag NO RECEIPT. So I looked up the number to tell them I wanted a refund. I was explaing the situtaion to Michael (I'm guessing a manger) he kept rudely interuppting me. I told him I wanted their corporate number he rudely stated it was on the back of the receipt WHICH THEY DID NOT GIVE TO ME. AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I had then called back and he had stated that he was going to call the cops for an investigation. I can not believe how rude they are and the type of people you have working at Ithaca burger king. Burger king used to be my favorite place and I used to work there. This place has went down hill. How horrible you the way you treat your customers.December 11, 2016
